Bambola means doll in Italian. This collection was inspired by Marc Chagall's art and Robert Southey's nursery rhyme "What are Little Girls Made of?". (What are little girls made of? What are little girls made of? Sugar and spice, And everything nice, that's what little girls are made of").
"Creating with my heart is easy, creating with my head is labourious. When designing this collection I had the lightness of female existence in mind. Bambola flies effortlessly and elegantly", says Charlotta.
A part of the proceedings from Bambola is donated to Women's Bank (Naisten Pankki), an organisation supporting women's sustainable entrepreneurship and livelihood in developing countries.
